The English manga says Hoover, so for now I go with Hoover. ( His name should be like... Bertholdt Fubar Hoover, or Bertholdt Hoover Fubar. Both sound odd. )

A "hoover" is relationship blackmail. This slang term is often associated with individuals suffering from personality disorders like Borderline Personality Disorder or Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

Like, I barely get on DA ( sadly ) and the only reason I normally do get on is to remove the 200 things in my inbox. I need a scanner so I can return.

When you hear this, try thinking harder about its meaning. Or, try thinking about it from Bertholdt's and Reiner's point of view.
